This is my last ditch effort to get them to schedule a time. It works more than you think!! If they don’t respond.

Subject: This is personal to me

Hi {{First Name}},

Over the last few days, I've been thinking about your wedding and wanted to share something a little more personal.

You've probably looked through my portfolio, read reviews, and compared photographers. While those things are important, they don't really answer one question:

Who is the person that will be standing beside us on one of the most important days of our lives?

Photography has never been just about beautiful images for me.

After photographing weddings for the past 15 years, I've realized that my favorite photographs are almost never the perfectly posed ones.

They're the moments you didn't know anyone noticed.

Your dad taking a deep breath before walking you down the aisle.

Your grandmother wiping away a tear during the ceremony.

Your best friend laughing so hard during the speeches that everyone else starts laughing too.

The quiet moment the two of you finally get to yourselves after the ceremony.

Those moments happen naturally, and they're often gone in a matter of seconds. My job is to see them before they disappear.

I also believe your wedding day should be experienced—not managed.

You shouldn't spend your day wondering where to stand, how to smile, or whether the photos are turning out. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable enough to simply enjoy being together.

Some of my favorite compliments from couples have nothing to do with photography.

They tell me,

"You made us feel completely at ease."

"It felt like having a friend there."

"You helped us actually enjoy our wedding day."

To me, that's the greatest compliment I could receive.

Years from now, the flowers will be gone.

The cake will be eaten.

The music will fade.

But your photographs will become part of your family's story. They'll be how your children and grandchildren experience a day they were never there to witness.

That's a responsibility I never take lightly.

If you feel like we'd be a good fit, I'd love the opportunity to tell your story.

Either way, thank you for considering me to be part of such an important season in your lives.

I hope your wedding day is everything you've dreamed it will be.

Warmly,
