Subject: Thank You for Taking the Time to Meet
Hi {{First Name}},
It was so great getting to meet you both today!
Thank you again for taking the time to chat with me and share your story. Hearing how you met, what you're planning, and what's most important to you on your wedding day always reminds me why I love photographing weddings.
I know choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision. After all, this is someone you'll spend a large part of your wedding day with, and the photographs we create together will become some of the few tangible memories you have long after the celebration is over.
I never take that responsibility lightly.
After our conversation, I'm even more excited about the possibility of documenting your wedding. I truly think your day is going to be something special.
As we discussed, I've attached your custom proposal, which includes your photography collection, everything that's included, and the next steps if you'd like to move forward.
Please don't feel any pressure to make a decision today.
Take some time to look everything over, talk it through together, and let me know if any questions come up. Whether it's about photography, your timeline, lighting, or even recommendations for vendors, I'm always happy to help.
If you decide that I'm the right photographer for your wedding, simply let me know and I'll send over your contract and booking invoice to officially reserve your date.
Thank you again for considering me. It truly means a lot, and I hope our conversation was helpful regardless of where you are in the decision-making process.
I hope to celebrate with you soon!
Warmly,
P.S.
One quick reminder: because I only photograph a limited number of weddings each year, I can't hold dates without a signed agreement and retainer. If another couple inquires about your date, I'll always reach out and give you the opportunity to book first before opening it to someone else.
